Does call log monitoring work without the child knowing?
Parentsoft is designed only for lawful parental supervision and recommends transparency. Setting it up by talking with your child is best for both trust and lawful use.
Is Parentsoft spyware?
No. Parentsoft is a parental control app that parents use to lawfully protect their own underage children; it cannot be installed on another adult's device and is not designed for covert surveillance.

Yes. Parentsoft supports call log monitoring on both iPhone (iOS 12 and above) and all Android phones, including Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and Oppo.

You see each call's number, the saved contact name (if in the address book), direction (incoming/outgoing/missed) and duration; all records are listed with a timestamp.
DeletedIf my child deletes a call from their log, can I still see it?
Yes. Even if your child deletes a call from their phone's log, the record stays saved in your panel; you can also see calls that were later deleted.
