Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules governing the use of the Parentsoft service provided by PRONET TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM GELİŞTİRME VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By using the service you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Parentsoft is subscription-based parental control software that allows parents to supervise the devices of minor children under their custody.

2. Account and Membership

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out under it.
• You must have legal capacity (18 years or older) to use the service.

3. Responsible and Lawful Use

Parentsoft is designed solely for responsible and lawful parental supervision. You agree to use the service only in accordance with the law. Please read the following carefully before using the service.

3.1. Permitted Use

• Supervising the device of your minor child under your custody.
• Monitoring devices that you own and are authorised to supervise.
• Monitoring devices of persons whose explicit and informed consent you have obtained.

3.2. Prohibited Use

Tracking a person without their knowledge and consent is unlawful. Monitoring a spouse, partner, adult individual or employee without informing them and obtaining their consent may constitute a criminal offence, including violation of the confidentiality of communications (Turkish Criminal Code art. 132 et seq.) and violation of privacy. Such use is strictly prohibited.

3.3. User Responsibility

The user alone is responsible for the lawful use of the software. Parentsoft accepts no liability whatsoever arising from a user's unlawful use of the service. It is the user's obligation to check the applicable local laws.

3.4. Consequences of Misuse

If the service is found to be used unlawfully or in breach of these terms, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice and, where necessary, the competent authorities may be informed.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks and content relating to the service belong to PRONET TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM GELİŞTİRME VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ; they may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Payment and Subscription

Packages, fees and payment terms are stated on the order page. Payment is subject to the distance sales terms (see the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Terms).

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Parentsoft does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and, to the extent permitted by law, cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

7. Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. shall have jurisdiction over disputes; for consumer transactions the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
